Nickelodeon and Hasbro’s Entertainment Studio eOne Release First Look and Title of All-New Animated Series, TRANSFORMERS: EARTHSPARK

Co-Produced by Nickelodeon and eOne, newest action-comedy installment in the TRANSFORMERS Franchise is coming to Nickelodeon and Paramount+

LOS ANGELES - (February 15, 2022) - Nickelodeon, the number-one network for kids, and Hasbro’s EntertainmentOne (eOne), today officially revealed a first look and title for its all-new co-produced \original animated series, TRANSFORMERS: EARTHSPARK, based on the iconic global property. In this action-comedy series, TRANSFORMERS: EARTHSPARK (26-episodes) introduces a new generation of Transformers robots - the first Transformers robots to be born on Earth. Together with the human family who welcomes them in and cares for them, they'll redefine what it means to be a family. The CG-animated series is coming to Nickelodeon and Paramount+ globally.


Designed for kids and families alike, TRANSFORMERS: EARTHSPARK blends the humor and heart of Nickelodeon with the action and high stakes adventure of TRANSFORMERS. Set on present-day Earth, TRANSFORMERS: EARTHSPARK centers on two human kids as they forge a connection with Transformers robots like never before and work alongside fan favorites like Optimus Prime and Bumblebee. This animated series is comedic, heartfelt, high energy, and action-packed, featuring new characters, and stars a diverse, multi-cultural human family, reflecting the current world we live in.


The all-new animated TRANSFORMERS series is Executive Produced by Ant Ward (RISE OF THE TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES), Ciro Nieli (TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES) and Nicole Dubuc (TRANSFORMERS: RESCUE BOTS) and developed and Co-Executive Produced by Dale Malinowski (RISE OF THE TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES). Produced by Nickelodeon Animation Studio, the series is developed for television by Claudia Spinelli, Senior Vice President, Series Animation. Production will be overseen for Nickelodeon by Conrad Montgomery, Vice President, Current Series, Animation and for eOne by Kari Rosenberg, VP, Original content, Action Adventure Brands.


The forthcoming TRANSFORMERS co-production is part of Nickelodeon’s strategy to be the home of the biggest franchises kids and families love, and will expand Nickelodeon’s growing portfolio of influential properties that already includes SpongeBob SquarePantsPAW PatrolTeenage Mutant Ninja TurtlesBlue’s Clues & You!, SpongeBob spinoff’s, Kamp Koral: SpongeBob’s Under Years and The Patrick Star Show, the all-new animated Star Trek: Prodigy series, and The Smurfs partnership.
