Entertainment One, Fine Brothers Entertainment (FBE), and Keller/Noll Join Forces to Develop Slate of Innovative Televis

Electrifying Game Show QUIZZICLE is the First Project to be Introduced under the Pact

LOS ANGELES – September 21, 2016 – Global independent studio Entertainment One (eOne), Fine Brothers Entertainment (FBE), and Keller/Noll announced today a partnership to pioneer new television formats and challenge the traditional television business model. Together, the three are creating refreshing and innovative programming with a built-in audience as each show will incubate on the FBE Digital Network of over 20 million subscribers before expanding to traditional television. Their first project, Quizzicle, is a fast-paced, colorful and hilarious game show and will premiere later this year.

“We are so pleased to expand our relationship with Keller/Noll and to unite with the powerhouse team at FBE on this new, inventive development platform which will allow us to receive direct and instant feedback from a targeted worldwide fanbase,” said Tara Long. “At eOne, we’re proud to be working with passionate creative partners to deliver engaging content that resonates with today’s connected audiences.”

"Quizzicle is the next step for game shows," said Cleve Keller and Dave Noll. "As game creators, our main goal is to push the genre forward. Quizzicle is designed to be a fast, funny, game app; a laugh-out-loud digital game; and an epic, grand, primetime game show. This is the perfect team, the perfect time, and the perfect show."

Part puzzle and part quiz, Quizzicle pits two teams against each other in an exciting, laugh-out-loud competition where contestants guess answers to pop culture trivia clues.

“With our vast experience in both online and traditional television show formats, partnering with powerhouses eOne and Keller/Noll creates an ideal trifecta to continue evolving entertainment and distribution models,” said Benny and Rafi Fine, co-founders of FBE. “Using elements from our popular digital series’ as the basis for these shows, together we’ll be able to deliver high-quality, entertaining content with a real audience sample before we even get to traditional markets.”  Added Brandie Tucker, Head of Alternative Television at FBE.

This partnership builds upon the existing relationship between eOne and Keller/Noll, who entered into a first-look deal for unscripted programming earlier this year, and marks the continued trend of traditional companies partnering with FBE to innovate new content business models.
