Marks eOne’s first distribution partnership in Asia.

UEK will handle all media rights for eOne’s International Home Entertainment titles in South Korea.

London/Toronto – August 20, 2012 - Entertainment One (“eOne”) and United Entertainment Korea (“UEK”) are pleased to announce that they have entered into a multi-year film distribution partnership for South Korea. Under this agreement, UEK will handle rights in all media for eOne’s International Home Entertainment titles in South Korea. eOne Television International will continue to handle the television content in that territory. eOne Films International will continue to offer their diverse slate of films to all buyers/distributors in the territory.

UEK exclusively distributes home entertainment products for Sony Pictures, NBC Universal and 20th Century Fox. The company also handles the theatrical release of independent feature films from around the world, including Sex and Zen 3D and the upcoming Om Shanti Om. The first eOne titles to be released in theatres under this new partnership are Dragon Age and Mass Effect.
